The most complete Real Estate/Mortgage Calculator I have seen so far! It really covers everything! Great tool for Realtors and Bankers

I bought this app to be a replacement when I lose or dont have my actual real estate calculator. I use the Calculated Industries 3415 Qualifier Plus IIIX Real Estate Finance Calculator, which is THE easiest to use calculator Ive come across. I was hoping this app would have been more like an actual calculator. This app is very simple, straight forward and user friendly, but there are times when I need to literally "add" something into the loan amount and then calculate the monthly payment. Like on the qualifier plus you can just type in the dollar figure (loan amount) then add x amount of dollars to that figure (like closing costs), then hit "loan amount" (run the interest and term,) and voila, theres your payment. Also, if you could display the loan amount too, that would be excellent. It is important to be able to see what the total cost is, the down, the BALANCE, and the monthly. Do that, and its perfect!

But please add a Loan Amount field. This calculator would be just about complete with it. "Sales Price", check..."Down Payment", check...."LOAN AMOUNT"...please! Clients need to understand the bottom line in simple, easy to read, easy to follow terms.

Really like it but would like it more if I could enter what buyers want to pay month

It is simple, quick and accurate. That is all I have time for.

Some bad moments

If this is going to be sold as an iPad app it needs to work in landscape.

for $1.99 this app does lots of things- except show actual real estate mortgage interest calculations. why do I have to pay extra for an ammortization table?

Application was fairly user friendly and provided the basic information you need. Not sure why you need to pay 0.99 every time you want an amortization table. Also the one time I tried to get the amortization table and realized it was going to cost, I declined but was charged. Since I emailed my complaint several days ago, I have had not response.

"Free" gets you a few basic calculations. Then each additional has a price.

Is there no support for this app? (sites not coming up, maybe temporarily down?) Is there a way to turn off the annoying sound when calculating? I dont see any settings or preferences. Also, irritating popup asking me to buy amort schedule keeps popping up even after Ive clicked NO multiple times. Oh well, another app to uninstall.

It eliminated decimals and rounded figures on its own. Not good
